This role supports the coordination of charter and commercial travel, enabling seamless operations across remote project sites in Canada. You'll prepare rotation schedules and respond to urgent schedule adjustments, ensuring that field employees are informed and prepared. Collaboration across departments will be essential for maintaining high accuracy.
