Transportation Engineering Trainee
Markham, Brampton, Hamilton, or London, ON
Join our Transportation team in the Transportation and Infrastructure sector. You will work on various Civil/Municipal projects across London, Hamilton, or Brampton offices.
Responsibilities
- Prepare preliminary Civil / Municipal design and coordinate extensive CAD and engineering design support.
- Formulate quantity take‑offs for construction cost estimates.
- Develop and compile specifications and tender packages.
- Conduct field visits during design development and construction.
- Coordinate project drawings with designers, project managers, CAD staff, and others.
- Contribute to proposal development, including schedules, research, and cost estimates.
- Ensure project needs are met efficiently; occasional site inspections and contract administration duties may be required.
