ClaimShield consultants own the compliance program for a portfolio of trucking carriers. You're the day-to-day operator clients rely on — keeping their DQ files clean, MVRs current, drivers in good standing with FMCSA, and the carrier audit-ready year-round.
This isn't a paper-pushing seat. Our tech stack handles the busywork (MVR monitoring, Clearinghouse queries, training assignments, automated reminders). Your job is the human layer on top — making judgment calls, owning client relationships, and stepping in when something needs a real person.
Responsibilities
- Own ongoing compliance for a portfolio of ~50–75 client carriers
- Manage driver qualification files (DQ files), MVRs, medical certificates, and FMCSA Clearinghouse queries
