Transportation Construction Inspector

The Transportation Construction Inspector will observe and document daily Roadway and Bridge construction activities for the purpose of quality control to determine structural soundness and compliance with specifications and other regulations. Inspections may be general in nature or may be limited to a specific area. Responsibilities Complete inspection and documentation of a wide variety of construction activities by the contractor confirming all work is being done in accordance with specifications. 80% of time will be located in office setting with responsibility for certifications, work orders and estimates.
