JOB DESCRIPTION
Salary Range: $50,200 - $60,300
Role:
The purpose of this job is to ensure accurate and timely communication of delivery issues or concerns by communicating with the Sales Department, Delivery Colleagues and Contractors (if applicable).
Schedule:
Sunday - Thursday, 6:30pm – 3:00am
Role Responsibilities:
Address the questions and concerns of Drivers and Sales Representatives; work closely with Transportation Manager and Supervisors to provide resolution.Retrieve telephone calls and assist Customer Service Representative or Sales Representative with daily routes concerns (late departures, deliveries, time windows, driver complaints, forecasted arrival times, customer location, hours of operation etc.).Ensure accurate on-time reporting for department and corporate key metrics.Compile route status information and communicate daily via various electronic means.
