Overall Purpose of Role
The role is to manage the transport administration by supporting the operation with all sub-contractor queries to ensure that the DX Service Centres are supported to deliver a service in line with Customer Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.
Main Responsibilities
Ensure all trunk vehicles from SC’s to the central hubs and back to the SC’s are available.Ensure all details of of any driver change / agency drivers are published to the operations team via the daily trunk update document.Take responsibility of organising additional vehicles as required.To maintain contractor files ensuring all compliance documentation is current.Manage cost by identifying areas of efficiency in the trunking network.Encourage and promote positive employee relations throughout the Operation encouraging a “Can Do” attitudeProvide administrative ass...
