Job Description
We are hiring a Transport Supervisor to join our Meadow View team. You will play a key role in supporting the Group Transport Lead with overseeing authorised driver processes and managing the fleet of vehicles, while also supervising the Meadow View Driver/Support team. This is a varied role, with approximately 50% focused on providing Driver Support. You will help facilitate safe and reliable transport for the people we support in and around the local area, as well as offering hands‑on support during activities in line with individual support plans. You will contribute to maintaining compliance with Safe Driving policies, managing driver and vehicle records through the Driver Management System and fleet tracking tools, and ensuring all vehicles are safe, serviced, and fit for purpose.
