What does the job look like?
We are seeking an experienced Transport Supervisor to join our high-performance team based in Mentone VIC. Reporting to the Route Manager, you will lead day shift operations, driving team performance, safety and service delivery while ensuring efficient, cost-effective outcomes for our customers. Hours of operation will be Monday to Friday 5am to 1pm.
Key areas:
Monitor transport KPIs and implement improvement plans to drive operational performance and service outcomes.Lead daily transport operations, ensuring resources, driver schedules and customer service requirements are met.Oversee fleet availability, maintenance schedules, vehicle configurations and transport asset management.Allocating drivers to the routes.Manage the morning load-out to ensure accurate, on-time dispatch of all routes.Monitoring/Supporting drivers on the road.Build...
