Duties and Responsibilities
Monitor and action all emails in a timely mannerEnsure all client collections are plannedEnsure driver routes are optimized and take in to account fuel cost, drivers hoursAllocate driver resource to all routes ( employed, agency and subcontractor )Develop and maintain relationships with all external providers and internal departmentsProduce daily run sheets for all driversPlan all returns in consultation with the site returns teamComplete inbound log for warehouse visibility of inbound loadsEnsure all returns are booked in as per customer requirementsGeneric tasks:
