Overview

Commercial and Vendor Sourcing - Transport: perform commercial costing and selling for Transport department, including sourcing vendors/transporters rates and submitting RFQ/RFI. The role supports TMS growth and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial costing and sourcing for transport, including RFQ/RFI submission and rate benchmarking against market.
• Source vendors/transporters and manage rate negotiations to ensure competitive pricing.
• Contribute to planning and execution of transport-related business plans and policies.
• Lead and manage direct and/or indirect reports, including hiring, coaching, performance reviews, and development for future assignments (as applicable).
• Set direction for operational areas and develop business and operational practices.
