Job Description

The Best Connection Group Ltd. is recruiting for a Transport Administrator for our established client based in Ellesmere Port. This is an ongoing position with opportunities of a permanent contract following a successful period with the client.

Duties Include:

  • Coordinate and administer daily transport schedules and delivery plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle movements, and driver activities.
  • Process delivery notes, orders, invoices, and transport documentation.
  • Be the on-site point of contact for the drivers.
  • Monitor vehicle servicing schedules, MOTs, inspections.
  • Investigate and report delivery discrepancies, incidents, and customer complaints.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Transport Supervisor and wider operations team.
  • Support compliance with health, safety, environmental, and dangerous goods regulations relating to transportation.
