Transit Bus Operator

Franklin Transit Management (FTM) is currently seeking full-time and part-time transit bus drivers.

The schedules may include working on weekends and times of shifts may vary.

Full-time employees are scheduled 40 hours per week (8hrs/day) with 2 consecutive days off.

It is preferred that potential employees already have a valid Class B driver's license with passenger endorsement but training for CDL is available on a case-by-case basis.

Job Description Safely and efficiently operate assigned vehicles on either a fixed-route or paratransit schedule.

Interact with passengers to answer any questions pertaining to service.

Communicate effectively with dispatchers.
