SUMMARY:
The Transformation Project Manager is accountable for the day-to-day execution, governance, and operational anchoring of Leroy Merlin South Africa's Strategy.

POSITION INFO:
The role ensures that the plan moves from strategy to disciplined execution, embedded into business routines, store practices, and management cadences. The role does not own strategy design, but owns execution clarity, progress tracking, escalation, and sustainability. This position operates at the centre of LMSA's transformation agenda, working transversally across functions and stores, with direct exposure to Exco and senior leadership.
