- Partner across member processing and other business areas to identify improvements in Member Processing and ensure strategic objectives achieve intended outcomes.
- Work as directed by management team to research and document business issues involving workflow procedures and processes.
- Lead initiatives with strategic and tactical impact on ensuring business benefits are realized.
- Develop and manage an integrated plan for initiatives, ensuring key metrics and success criteria is developed.
