Our client is a fast-growth fintech business searching for a Transfer Pricing Lead to join the team in London.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the global transfer pricing policy — ensuring the global operating strategy is tax optimised and compliant worldwide, and that the TP framework evolves in step with the business.
- Maintain and develop intercompany agreements, documentation, and master file/local file framework, working with external advisors where needed.
- Stay ahead of developments in international transfer pricing regulations — including OECD BEPS updates and country-specific rules — identifying emerging risks and opportunities before they become issues.
- Be a core member of launch teams for new products and geographies — bringing transfer pricing expertise into the room early, so structural questions are identified and resolved before go‑live rather than after.
