Responsibilities

• Perform daily monitoring and supervising of accounts receivable and accounts payable teams.
• Conduct day-to-day management of the accounts payable and accounts receivable teams, motivating and leading the staff.
• Ad-hoc duties to support the business and maintain a safe, healthy, injury-free environment.
• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing of customer sales, as well as processing and payment of vendor invoices.
• Provide support in the escalation of vendor and invoicing inquiries.
• Assist in the investigation of payment, receiving, and invoicing issues.
