Draft, review, and manage transactional legal documents

Present practical legal solutions in a clear and business-minded way

Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and staff

Operate proactively in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities

Collaborate in a team-driven culture built on accountability and mutual support

Delegate work respectfully and effectively when appropriate

Mentor legal staff while also remaining coachable and open to mentorship
