Join our Transaction Tax Services team as a Manager, focusing on tax due diligence, structuring, and modeling across Canada. You will drive client engagements and manage teams effectively.
This new role requires a proven professional with at least four years in taxation within the services industry. You will resolve complex tax issues, lead due diligence engagements, and work with legal counsel to mitigate risks. Supporting business development especially in private equity, you will ensure client satisfaction and quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead tax due diligence engagements for buy and sell-side transactions
• Design tax-efficient structures for acquisitions and reorganizations
• Collaborate on the development of private equity fund management structures
• Prepare detailed tax analyses and implications for clients
• Mentor and manage engagement team members
