TRAINING TECHNICIAN

Summary The purpose of the position is to manage the training program within the unit maintenance organization which includes but is not limited to on-the-job training (OJT); civilian training requirements; re-training; formal school; instructional systems development (ISD); professional military education; ancillary training; unit training planning; and provide training to newly assigned personnel and reservists in the accomplishment of tasks herein. Responsibilities Manage, plan, and direct the maintenance training program. Manage, research, and interpret statistical data to make determinations regarding all training matters which may involve or affect ARTs, reservists, and civilian employees.
