Oversees Group Training Programs and Subordinate Unit Compliance. This position serves as the Group Unit Training Manager (UTM) and operates under the direction of the Force Support Squadron (FSS) - Force Development Office (FDO). The incumbent acts as the primary advisor to the Group Commander /A-Staff Director on training policy and execution across subordinate units.
