Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
:Provide, under the direction of a Locality Manager, a range of training and support services to administrative, teaching and management staff in schools in order that they can make effective use of the EdIS/C2k System.
SCOPE & CONTEXT:
The postholder will contribute to the development of an overall implementation strategy in relation to aspects of the EdIS/C2k system and provide training and school-based/Service Desk support of the EdIS/C2k System, as directed by the Locality Manager. Additionally, the post holder will provide support for schools’ staff in elements of the Core and Resources modules and in the general usage of EdIS/C2k systems.
As EdIS/C2k operates province-wide, applicants should note that they may be required to support the service in the Education Authority.
