About the role

As a full-time Training Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to ensure our staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills to provide exceptional customer service and support.

• Training analysis and design, implementation, evaluation and report generation
• Corporate Related Projects implementation and reports
• Training Related Administrative work

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's/College Degree in the field of Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
• At least 1 year experience as Training Supervisor or 2 to 3 years...
