GENERAL SUMMARY

The position is responsible for planning, developing, and delivering employee education and training programs that align with the credit union’s strategic objectives. The role supports the continuous professional development of all employees to ensure organizational priorities are met and exceptional service is consistently provided to members. Additionally, the position ensures that the credit union’s five-star member service standards are fully integrated into all training initiatives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Administer the credit union’s new employee training programs by personally creating and/or coordinating presentations and presenting programs.


2. Maintain a working schedule of all credit union training initiatives
