The focus is on ensuring that our training programs are engaging, effective, and aligned with our organizational goals. The Learning and Development Specialist is passionate about collaborative learning and has a strong understanding of AI-driven learning technologies, gamification, and digital certification.
Implement and Manage LMS solutions: Liaise with technology vendors and oversee the deployment, ongoing management of the LMS platform and sustainment of current BAMT specific technologies.
