Overview

Responsible for staff training within the Group. Identify the training needs of employees and develop and organise programmes to meet those needs. This role is a 2IC to the Training and Development Manager and will assist with the various tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Identify training needs of employees and develop and organise programmes to meet those needs.
  • Assist as a 2IC to the Training and Development Manager and support various training and development tasks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor in Training and Development degree (BTD) or Diploma in Occupational
  • OD ETDP Practitioner level 5
  • 5 years of experience as a Skills Development Facilitator
  • Qualified SDF, OD ETDP Practitioner, preferably a training specialist
  • Sound knowledge of the Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETA)
  • Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
