Training officer mining

PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To provide Skills Development initiatives in order to satisfy business needs and to meet safety and legal requirements.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12 or NQF 4 equivalent is essential Human Resources Diploma/Degree or related field in HR, HRD (NQF 6/7) is essential Certificate: Education, Training and Development (EDT) is essential Registered Assessor & Moderator is essential 3-4 years relevant working experience in HRD (Mining) is essential
