What You Will Do
As our Training Officer, you will coordinate and support the end-to-end delivery of effective learning, development, and organizational initiatives. Your key areas of impact will include:
Conduct job evaluation and training need analysis surveys, identify performance gaps, and build comprehensive quarterly and annual training programs.
Design and facilitate monthly formal onboarding sessions and coordinate product, process training and group orientations.
