We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Training Manager to lead the Learning & Development function for our US Insurance operations. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in the US Insurance industry. The individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs that enhance employee performance, ensure process excellence, and improve client satisfaction. Candidates with expertise in Certificate of Insurance (COI) processes, Commercial Lines, Personal Lines, Policy Checking, Endorsements will be highly preferred. Requirements Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive training strategies for US Insurance operations, including process training, refresher programs.
