The Role
:We’re looking for an experienced Training Manager to lead and develop the training function across a key automotive financial services account at ArvatoConnect. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about learning, capability development and operational excellence to shape the training experience for customer service and sales teams in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
You’ll lead a team of Training Specialists and take ownership of how training is planned, delivered and continuously improved. You’ll work closely with operational leaders, subject matter experts and client stakeholders to ensure colleagues are equipped with the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to succeed, while making sure FCA, contractual and client requirements are fully embedded and evidenced.
