Position Overview The Program Training Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a world‑class training program that ensures all Security Protective Officers (SPOs) across the contract are fully trained, certified, and qualified in accordance with contract requirements and federal/state regulatory standards. This role serves as the central authority on training and compliance for both prime and subcontracted personnel across multiple sites. The Training Manager is also expected to support tactical training initiatives and contribute to enterprise‑wide training strategy development.
