Training & Instructional Design Supervisor

Job Overview

We are seeking a data-driven, technically proficient Training & Instructional Design Supervisor. In this role, you will scale training programs, certify trainers, and build interactive e-learning modules from scratch. We need a leader who backs up strategy with quantified metrics and flawless execution.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of progressive training experience (e.g., Trainer to Master Trainer/Assistant Manager), ideally in BPO or Consultancy.
• Domain Knowledge: Experience in Insurance sectors is highly advantageous.
• Technical Mastery: Hands-on proficiency with Articulate (Storyline/Rise), Adobe Captivate, Canva, and Epiplex .
• Portfolio: Must be able to present a verified e-learning portfolio and explain your actual implementation design process.
