Join our HR team as a Training & Development Specialist for our Toluca Plant.
In this role, you'll be responsible for leading, designing, and implementing the Education and Training strategy for all employees at the Toluca Plant.
You'll diagnose learning needs and identify the right learning and development solutions, providing relevant insights and feedback to the Jr.
HRBP and business leaders.
You'll also ensure the progression of the training calendar, meeting both regional corporate guidelines and local government requirements.
Additionally, you'll drive the development of the internal communication program across various channels, documenting and providing feedback on internal events to support continuous improvement.
This position is based in Toluca, Mexico.
