·Provide visible, high-energy
service. Demonstrate a positive attitude, excellent guest service skills and be
a team player within the HR department and the company as a whole.

·Develop, coordinate and deliver
resort-wide service training to include, web-based, printed manuals, group
sessions, training videos and more…

·Design, plan and present team member
orientations.

·Produce and maintain a training
calendar.

·Partner with VP of Human Resources
to research and coordinate training topics/programs with all managers.

·Reviews existing
training materials produced by third parties to determine app...
