Training Coordinator

The Training Coordinator is responsible for leads the training team in the assigned region, ensuring the proper execution of training strategies, programs, and processes. This role is responsible for the design, coordination, and deployment of role‑based training with a focus on regulatory compliance (FDA, ISO 13485, STPS), technical training. The position also supervises the Quality Control Trainer & Inspector, a hybrid role that combines on‑the‑floor training with quality inspection for batch release.

This position reports to the Quality Manager and is part of the Quality team located in Tijuana, Baja California, México and will be an on‑site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Collaborate with Production, Quality, HR, and other departments to integrate functional training.
• Supervise and develop the Quality Control Trainer & Inspector, ensuring effective training and batch release according to quality standards.
