About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Training & Staff Development Team. You will be joining a well-established, innovative and dynamic team. A Training Coordinator is responsible for training and supporting both care and office teams to ensure they have the required mandatory and additional skills they need to provide care safely to our residents.


The Training Coordinator will ensure that all of our teams understand their roles and responsibilities and are able to carry out their caring duties safely and efficiently.

Job Duties:

  • To work with the Management team to ensure that the findings from quality assurance processes are reflected in appropriate training for all staff.
