Experteer Overview

As Training Consultant you will design, coordinate and deliver the training strategy for major transformations, including SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Dynamics implementations. You will work from our Global IT Service Center in Madrid, preparing diverse user groups for new systems and ways of working. You'll collaborate across streams to ensure timely, high-quality training and digital adoption, shaping how users adopt new processes at scale. This role offers hands‑on delivery with significant responsibility and creative freedom.
