Training Analyst & Projects (Viladecans)

Job Purpose

Support managing the e-learning and digital training record reporting platform to ensure that all crew members are properly trained and certified for line operations. Develop and streamline administrative processes related to training delivery and certification tracking.

Main Accountabilities

• Manage the e-learning platform, activating the required courses for crew members following the Crew Training Programme.
• Assist crew members through Salesforce for all queries and doubts related to the e-learning training courses.
• Manage and monitor the digital training record reporting platform: review the forms sent by instructors, monitor, and control completion.
• Support the continuous improvement of departmental processes, focusing on optimizing existing administrative procedures related to training management.
