  Position Description 
 This position is a Part Time On Call (hourly) position supporting the National Security Training Solutions (NSTS) business line. The Training Advisor advises and assists the Director of NSTS in developing training solutions, strategies, strategic messaging, program advocacy and growth for current and potential new government customers, to include: the Reserve Components of the Department of Defense, Homeland Security, Homeland Defense, and other US Federal, State and Local Interagency.
  RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: 
 Develop strategies for successful integration of Valiant Capabilities that drive efficiencies for the customer and Valiant; delivering increased readiness.
 Develop strategic communications plans in support of the customer’s messaging and Valiant’s growth strategies.
