Plan, organize, and deliver training programs, including preparing training materials, equipment, and resources to ensure effective learning. Lead, coach, assess, and certify trainees by evaluating their performance and providing guidance to support competency development. Maintain and continuously improve training resources, courses, and delivery methods to enhance training effectiveness and quality. Ensure compliance with company standards and management systems, including Quality Assurance, ISO, Risk Management, ISMS, and continual improvement requirements. Promote and enforce health, safety, and regulatory compliance by conducting all training activities in accordance with company policies and safety regulations.
