About the Job
The Optometric Systems Trainer at AEG Vision is responsible for conducting professional training events on Point of sale and electronic health records systems for our new acquisitions employees, both in-person and through web-based platforms. This role requires strong people skills, high-level facilitation abilities for groups of varying sizes, and expertise in system administration. Additionally, the position involves creating and updating training documentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance training offerings, and developing and implementing policies for optometric software. Extensive travel within the US (up to 70%) is required, with hours varying based on practice needs and availability across all time zones.
