**:**Trains new and existing employees on a range of job related activities within a production environment.

**:- ** Coordinates trainings and re-certifications, ensuring training is designed, delivered and evaluated for consistency.

**:- ** Maintains expert-level knowledge in at least one production department; evaluates and improves processes within work areas.
