TRAINEE WATER BOSS

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading and instructing support vessels, barges, and crew transfer boats for marine and dredging operations


• Help plan, execute, and report on critical marine works including floating pipelines, sinker pipelines, and anchors with a focus on safety and productivity


• Participate in periodic maintenance tasks, including thickness measurement and rotation of marine pipelines to ensure asset longevity


• Support marine logistics for offshore vessels, including passenger transfers, material handling, bunkering (fuel), freshwater, lubricants, and disposal of used oil


• Assist in managing jetty operations, including safety, security, housekeeping, and access control


• Help prepare marine assets for safe mobilization and demobilization to and from project sites
