About the Role

As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils within the school's specialist ALN department, working alongside experienced teachers and support staff to help students achieve their full potential.

You will provide support both on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, helping students overcome barriers to learning and develop confidence both academically and socially.
