Job Description
- Support experienced colleagues in managing personal insolvency cases such as bankruptcies, Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs), and Debt Relief Orders (DROs).
- Assist in managing and organising incoming emails and phone calls, ensuring timely, professional, and empathetic responses.
- Draft and send correspondence to support client engagement, including arranging appointments and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate client and creditor records, ensuring all case files are up to date and compliant.
- Communicate with clients, creditors, and other stakeholders, often supporting individuals through sensitive financial situations.
- Gather financial information, review documentation, and assist in preparing reports to support case progression and decision‑making.
