About the role
As a Trainee in Fund Operations, you play a vital support role in the daily operations of our Product Delivery team. You assist with a variety of tasks, such as updating shareholder registers, processing investor transactions, and supporting the team with client requests. You work closely with experienced colleagues, gaining hands‑on experience and learning the fundamentals of fund administration, regulatory compliance, and investor services. This position is based in Spain and reports directly to the Manager in Transfer Agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the closing acceptance signed minutes and resolutions are stored in the fundcraft platform, sourcing them directly if not available from the Cosec team.
- Verify that distribution approval signed minutes and resolutions are stored in the fundcraft platform, obtaining them from the Cosec team or AIFM if necessary.
