Connex Education is recruiting motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Cover Supervisors for a variety of short-term and long-term opportunities starting in September 2026. This position is ideal for graduates or individuals with a strong interest in education who are considering a future career in teaching.

Working within secondary schools across Swindon and surrounding areas, you will gain valuable classroom-based experience, build confidence managing groups of students, and develop essential skills for a career within education.
