Trainee Assistant Merchandiser - International

As a member of the International Merchandising Team and Matalan team you will ‘think Customer’ in your day-to-day role. You’ll support the International Assistant Merchandiser in optimising the customer offer, sales, availability and profitability of your area of focus. In addition, you’ll be responsible for maintaining Franchise Partner relationships and producing & collating accurate information to support the team in their decision-making process. You will need to work collaboratively with our Franchise partners and key internal departments (Buying and Merchandising, Marketing, VM, Logistics) contributing to deliver agreed KPI’s.
