Train Mechanical Interface Engineer (TMIE)

Responsibilities

• Technical coordination of integration on a zone or subsystem of the train
• Mechanical Design: Development of mechanical installation solutions
• Integration: Interface management and resolution of space constraints
• Drafting: Production and validation of 2D drawings and 3D models
• Technical Management: Participation in design reviews and monitoring of modifications
• Manufacturing Support: Support for assembly teams and handling of field issues
• Standards: Compliance with the client, railway standards, and GD&T (General Design and Technical Specifications)
• Document Management: Management of ECR/ECO
