Traffic Engineering Manager

We are seeking a qualified Traffic Engineering Manager with between 12‑15 years of experience to join our Traffic Engineering and Strategic Advisory Business Unit in the Middle East. The candidate must hold a degree and have a minimum of 12‑15 years of transport planning and traffic engineering experience in the Middle East.

• Lead and manage traffic engineering projects from planning through execution.
• Design, analyze and optimize traffic control systems including signals, signage and road layouts. Conduct traffic studies, simulations and data analysis to improve traffic efficiency and safety.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including urban planning, construction and public agencies. Develop and implement traffic management strategies and policies.
