Job Title: Trades Helpers / Semi-skilled Operatives
Location: Easter Ross, Scotland
Start date: August/ September 2026
Duration: Spring 2027

Hours of Work: approx. 54 hrs per week, Monday – Friday (premium OT rates apply after 38hrs)
On behalf of our Client, we are seeking motivated Trades Helpers/ Semi-skilled Operatives to support an upcoming oil & gas project at their facility in Easter Ross. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist skilled trades personnel in daily operations
Perform general labouring and housekeeping duties, ensuring work areas are tidy and hazard-free
Support fabrication, pipe handling, and other project-related tasks
Follow safety procedures at all times to maintain a safe working environmentSkills & Experience:
